applies to all websites offered by the MentalProof
Software GmbH.
Logging
of basic connection data
All access to our websites is logged
automatically and recorded in a log file. The following
data will be automatically collected and stored until its
automated deletion:

of the retrieved files

the transmitted
data volume

a message
stating whether the access was successful

The data is
processed anonymously, for the purposes of granting
access to our website (establishing a connection),
improving our website and services, ensuring the
stability of our systems, and optimizing the technical
administration of the network environment. We will not
consolidate the above data with your personal data.
In the event of attacks on the
network environment of one of our websites, or where
there is reasonable suspicion that there has been a use
of a website, where such use is in breach of a contract
or the law, MentalProof Software GmbH remains free to use
the IP address to enable the identification of the user.
Cookies
Our web-server uses session cookies
that are not stored on the hard drive of the user but
deleted automatically after closing the browser window,
unless the cookies are stored permanently by the use of
the function "log in from this computer automatically" (a
so-called permanent cookie).
You can disable cookies or set your
browser to alert you when cookies are being saved to your
computer.
Collection
and processing of personal data
The collection and processing of
personal data by MentalProof Software GmbH occurs only
when the user makes use of our contact forms. We store
the following mandatory data:

this mandatory data is restricted to making contact with
the user, in the preferred manner indicated by the user.
This data will be stored, in case further contact is to
be made, until revocation by the user.
The input of other data is optional.
Such data may include:

Personal
data will only be stored for as long as it is required to
fulfill the purpose of the storage, or for as long as it
is legally prescribed.

MentalProof Software GmbH will only occur where such use
is legally permitted, or following your explicit consent.
MentalProof Software GmbH will not
share your personal data with third parties unless the
transfer of such data is:

Disclosure,
revocation, deletion
Every user has the right to have
communicated to them, free from charge, information
concerning personal data, relating to that user, stored
by MentalProof Software GmbH.
The user is entitled to demand a
complete deletion of the personal data stored by
MentalProof Software GmbH at any time. The user may also
revoke their consent to the future collection,
processing, use or transmission of personal data at any
time. The revocation of such consent may be sent either
